This notice describes the public Primer Security website. Handling of information shared during a consulting or testing engagement is agreed separately.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party embedded content. Its images and styles are served from this website.

Technical logs

Our hosting server records basic request information, which can include your IP address, request time, requested address, response status, browser information and referring page. These logs support website operation, troubleshooting and protection against abuse.

Web access logs rotate daily with 14 archived rotations retained. System security logs have a 14-day retention limit and a storage cap, so they may be removed sooner. Information included in an investigation or backup may be retained separately.

Contacting Primer Security

An email link opens your own email application. Your message is handled by your email provider and the receiving email service; it is not submitted through a form on this website.
